Refunds

Last updated: 13 October 2026

You pay only for processing and probe requests that succeed. This page explains what happens when something goes wrong.

Requests that fail

A request that fails, is rejected or rate-limited, times out or is cancelled is never charged. You don’t need to ask.

Billing mistakes

If a request was charged twice, or charged although it failed, write to contact [at] logicboostkit [dot] com within 60 days of the invoice and include its request id. We check it against our records and refund the amount to the card you paid with, through Link.

Purchases through Link

Card purchases are made through Link, Stripe’s merchant-of-record service, which is the seller of record. You can also ask Link for a refund; Link may refund a purchase within 60 days, and handles chargebacks and disputes.

Closing your account

When you close your account, we send a final invoice for usage not yet billed. Nothing is charged after that.

Everything else

Usage that was charged correctly isn’t refunded. If you think we got something wrong, write to us and we’ll look at it.
